After having seen the yard yesterday as I passed by, I said to my passenger, "Somebody's in a world of hurt in that wreck". I can't imagine both walked away unscathed. The road and yard were significantly torn up.

I was one of the motorists to stop and provided what little assistance I could to the motorists. The man in the Buick sustained brutal injuries and when I arrived on the scene he was unconscious and sounded as though he had a collapsed lung due to his breathing patterns. Just to give everyone a pretty clear idea his driver side door ended up about where the middle console was, my guess is he was hurt.

Mr. Gilbert.
It is commendable that you stopped and rendered aid for the victims. It also sounds as though you might know a thing or two about first aid (breathing patterns, collapsed lung, unconscious...) The only thing I saw wrong with what you did is reporting the nature and extent of what you perceived was the injury. You are coming mighty close to HIPPA violations. Please remember that should this ever come up again. Don't let the admirability of what you do fall into the wrong hands. This world is too sue happy.

I'm wise and anonymous. And I don't know the proper acronym for HIPAA. Listen to what I say.

Ahem in Spring City,

And I suppose you've never had a problem with your keyboard before! Did you know, once you press enter, you cannot edit.

I know more about HIPAA regs that you could fill you home with, idiot. I deal with it on a daily basis, so court cases are kept to a minimun.

BTW, I have a new keyboard. Sue me!
