SUPCO - Sex Assault

The state Supreme Court has ordered a new trial in a Rolette County rape case -- saying jurors were improperly pushed to reach a verdict last year in the case of Travis Parisien .

The sex assault charges against this man in this case was dismissed as of March 20, 2006. It is located in the Turtle Mountain Star. I feel that him and his family has been through enough and are owed an apology for all the slanderous writings in the papers. The woman who did this to him was 10 years older than him, divorced her husband for him, has a history of domestic abuse from the last previous marriages- stabbed her ex-husband Leo Jr. and went into violent rages with her husband before that Andy Cortez, and accused another man of rape in 1986 which destroyed his life as she threatened to do so to Mr. Parisien because he was leaving her. Maybe her lies should be investigated and exposed for the person she really is.
