This jerk committed at least three burglaries as a juvenile, and has committed property damage and motor vehicle theft as an adult. Now he commits ANOTHER burglary with extensive property damage--and doesn't get locked up for a lengthy adult sentence. WTF? This isn't about giving him infinite opportunities to turn his life around. This is about protecting people's property from a sociopath. When our justice system loses sight of its most basic responsibilities, it's time to put new judges in place.
