UPSET CONSUMER

Versailles, IN

#1 Feb 7, 2013
This place is the most un-considerate place. I called to see if they have the MED'S that I need to take to help me breath. They said that they did. However since it was close to closing time that they wont stay a little late he help me out since I was all out. I arrived there about 3 minutes after 10. When I got to the door all the employees there looked at me and laughed. When i mentioned I was out of my Med"s all they could say was "SORRY" and walk off.

SO Now since in am out of my med's I will be haveing breathing issues all night and who knows what will happen over night now..

THANKS CVS for shiting on one of your consumers.

they should have givin Consumer the breathing meds. I realize they lock things up and procedures but you are a human being & should had been treated with utmost courtesy . Especially breathing meds ! God , if it had been a mom & pop pharmacy of older days , u would have been treated well. I would call district mgr & go up the ladder. I can't stand those very young gossip " girls" that work in these pharmacies. U hear every word they say. Good luck. Oh , the mgr needs to have a good talk w/ employees esp the ones that act like they're 16.

they do have a drive up.". I also realize they're procedures to follow. These flitty girls should not be laughing & carrying on when a customer is needing their Breathing meds. Nothin to laugh about. Professionalism is used until the doors are locked , in the vehicle & then they can let it all hang out !

How was this anyone's fault but your own? You knew pharmacy hours and the importance of these meds. Good grief, pharmacy's open 14 hours a day. Maybe Upset should find a pharmacy that's open 24 hours to accomodate her busy schedule.

Completely not their fault! I Think I would have gotten off my dead a** and gotten there a few minutes before they closed and not a few minutes after they closed! All those people had to do was just sitting waiting to fill your prescription! They don't have lives and families to home to!

I agree that wasn't cvs fault, but I do hate our cvs. They take forever! When you go up front to check out there is never anyone standing there, so you have to cough or jingle your keys to let them know you're ready to check out. All the employees that work up front are very unfriendly. And don't get me started on vance. I have called and reported how rude he is, obviously didn't do any good. If you don't want to work with the public, then go work at a factory!

If they are open until 10, they should serve each customer until 10. Plain and simple!

I realize ppl are ready to go home at closing time but the " Consumer " person said she was there at 10:03 & they close at 10. Whatever happened to kindness , having a heart , understanding ??? I guess there are only one or two of us left.

The guy that works up front is rude too. I am surprised he doesn't just let the receipt float to you. Acts like he would rather be anywhere else and you are bothering him to ring up your stuff. Afraid he will touch something. He used to work in the pharmacy when it was in the old building. He was a jerk then too.

The guy in the front has been with the company over 40 years. Vance has for 20 plus prior to this he had his own pharmacy. That's alot of time spent working with the public. I did for 15 and had to go due to people burn out. I suggest everyone needs to work in retail, especially middle management. Yuck. Phamacy used to be so easy. Folks walked in with refills and or new scrpts, they were filled folks walked away. No more, call ins , walk in, dr.calls, insurance billing, drive through, reports, making sure everyone gets the right drug, no allergies. Ain't as easy as it looks. Alot of responsible for the pay. JMO

The balding older skinny man, I guess he is a manager of some sort, or maybe the owner, is usually pretty nice. But he never checks anyone out. The guy up front that I think is rude used to do something with the girls basketball team. He wasn't a coach but he helped out. There's no way he could have been there for 40 yrs because he hardly looks 50. And isn't vance a pharmacist? If so he is definitely getting paid a lot. Its still no excuse to be rude to your customers. And don't get me started on that kelsey girl up front, she has no personality at all!
