Don't you hate it when you loan people money and then they ignore the fact that they owe you money. These same people have a hissy fit if they are owed money. Never again will I let family borrow money, they are the first to screw you. If you borrow money and promise to pay it back then pay it back. My bank is closed.

How much does the person owe? Have you considered small claims court? You don't need an attorney and you can sue for your filing fees as well. One thing to consider though is whether the individual has a job or bank account that you can garnish.
