They really need to get more cashiers up front. Its absolutely ridiculous to have only three lanes open. I go to the electronics/sporting goods to check out. Faster and some friendly people. What do you all think of the situation?

They're adding 8 self check out lanes by summer. That should help move lines faster.

I think they do a good job.I go there everyday for something and see the same people in there all the time and these same people keep complaining about standing in line, yet they are there about everyday. How many times have you been to Kroger and seen every register open?

I really hope they add those! Good job, you're more fortunate than I am. I must always have bad luck. Whenever I go to Kroger I use the self check outs and it's a breeze.

Im really tired of them not having many lanes open, no matter what day or time it is.
I was there a few weeks ago, middle of the day and very few lanes were open. The ones that were had fairly long lines. I finally settle on the one that appears to be the shortest. But of course someone was moving slow, not sure if it was the customer or the cashier because I was too distracted by a manager yacking it up with the customer in front of me.
I was thinking it would have been really nice if she had ran over, opened up another lane, or called someone up front to open a lane.
I waited a couple of minutes and when the line didnt budge, I took my cart, parked it and left.
Got what I needed at another store.
Sorry everyone I talk to says they can barely go in a Walmart and not spend $100, Im not doing that and standing for long periods of time and giving you all my money.
Step it up Walmart. Please!
As far as Kroger, I honestly have to say that for over a year now the customer service has improved my leaps and bounds. Lines are open, and they almost always have someone standing there directing you to which lane to go to and often times there is one gentlemen, I believe he wears glasses, he often offers to put my groceries on the line for me. Very thoughtful.
Thanks Kroger!

I heard them in there this morning talking and said it would be around August when they will start putting them in.

You want more registers open just to serve you when you're at Walmart. Well be prepared to pay more for items. Businesses can't afford to have more lanes open unless they raise their prices to pay salaries for extra workers. Get real man. You apparently don't know a thing about running a busines, & you seem to be one of those lazy asses that think no one but them matter when they're in Walmart. People like you are never satisfied. I'm sure Walmart is glad you go to Kroger.

Have you ever noticed how many cars in that parking lot at almost any time of day? Honey they are making money, hand over fist.
They get alot of their junk from china and they are making a killing. Go look at their networth.
They have come in and swallowed up mom and pop joints all over the country, offering bigger and better and cheaper. Got the cheap part right. I will say Walmart is cheaper then any of the other stores similar to them. Kmart is by far the worst for prices and having 1 or 2 lanes open. Ever.
When they built this store they could have put the self check out lanes in then. Not our fault that they didnt.
Seems like someone always has a problem with self check out, but what I worry about is, when these lanes go in, will there be any person available?
And why cant they keep an employee in the photo department? I have to go searching for someone everytime I need to pick up something back there. Ridiculous. And before you suggest it, I do go elsewhere now to get my pictures.

One thing i am sure of is Lawrenceburg is full of a bunch of immature crybabies. If we had a store with low prices and 20 registers open and everything American made some of you people would still have something to whine and cry about.Good grief growup and act like adults.
