Well they say guns don't kill people, people kill people. Yet you said that box cutters and airplanes killed thousands of people.
See every now and then, people slip up and accidentally tell the truth. Just like that one guy from Lawrenceburg. He slipped up and said that machine guns weren't protected by the Constitution because they weren't around back then. Once he realized what he had done, and he wasn't getting out of it, he disappeared without a trace.
I never said machine guns werent protected by the Constitution. They arnt illegally forced by the federal government. Only by state or local government. Many places you just need a special permit to own one. I know a couple people that own ak's. So once again you know absolutely nothing of what your talking about. You just spit bs out of your mouth.

My question: "What about machine guns? Is owning one of them provided by the Constitution?"

Your response: "Obviously not...since there werent any in those times...so your question is pointless."

You are also incorrect. The National Firearms Act of 1934 made it illegal to own a machine gun without a permit from the ATF, which is a federal government agency. The AK-47 was banned from 1994-2004. There are also several copies of the AK-47 that are modified for civilian ownership.

I realize that this article is lengthy for you, and uses several big words, but if you can "cipher" it, you might find it educational. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Firearm...

No it wasn't. U-Haul had nothing to do with it.

<quoted text>No you weren't. You may try to say that now as a post-hoc explanation, but anyone who reads your posts can tell that you're not intelligent enough to do that. You slipped up and said that box cutters and airplanes caused the death of thousands of people. By that same token, guns must cause the death of thousands of people.
U fell for it and that's that !!!!

I'm 6'2 and weigh about 210 pounds. Why do you get so mad when you are shown to be wrong? Can't you just be like level-headed people and say "Oh. Here all this time I thought it was a Uhaul."

There's that anger again. I'm sure that Uhaul would split hairs if you went to one of their dealerships and wanted to rent a Ryder truck. I'm also pretty sure that Uhaul wants their name kept out of the bombing as well.

once again not mad at all. love the way you turn things around though. you got me though. i'm wrong it was a ryder truck not a uhaul. but what does that prove. how does that support your opinion on a ban on assault rifles.

Whats in a name Bart. Yeah I am wrong about everything I said. Tim McVeigh did not kill 168 people with a bomb. No one drove their truck into a Lubys and killed 23 people using handguns. 13 soldiers were not killed at Fort Hood by some asshole using a handgun. But we all know how you feel about soldiers. I'm wrong because I called it a Uhaul and not a Ryder truck. Yes you got me. lol

Old Timer, don't you know how to read? You should be responsible for your gun. If a relative picks it up in hour home and kills somebody you should have to pay a price because you did not secure it. Now get this. If someone breaks into your locked house and steals your gun report it. Let me write this again. Report it. If you don't your old rear end should be in a sling.
And just what should I be able to read ? Until such time there is a law that says that I should be responsible for what someone else would do with a gun they might pick up in my house
and killed someone then I should not have to pay the price as you say, Who always blame the wrong person, anyone that's takes anything from a persons home without their permission should be the one to blame no if and or buts about It, why and put the blame on the wrong person all the time. Yes I guess I would indead report it if I knew if it was stolen but that could be days until I would be aware it was missing then not knowing when it became missing.

Here you go. See if Marco will let you have a sip of his water and enjoy this AP article on Fox News. BTW, you are aware that the Secret Service is now part of the DHS aren't you?
