Per: the Disability Act, the law states that there has to be a 3 foot clearance,(enough room for a wheel chair to manuver) it is punishable by a large fine and so many days to clear the area or the store can be closed down.

Well they would definitely be in trouble in many aisles there.
Something is just bad wrong with that layout there. I have been in one with a similar layout, but the aisles did seem wider and definitely neater.
I have seen the same things there as the other person.
They have been back open long enough now to where this mess shouldnt even be an issue.
I will give it a little longer and if it doesnt improve then I will be going to one in a different town. I havent been to Hilltop in a long time and really have no desire to go there.

The Reason For The " Bare Spots " Is Because There In Process Of Being Stocked . It's All About Taking Out The Old & ' Bringing In The New . The Moveable Rack Your Referring Is There Due To Stocking . Alot Of The Shelves Are Empty Because They Have No Panagrams To Be Put Under Or With . The New Look , Hasn't Been There Long , Your Not The Only Ones Having A Hard Time . The " Mess " Your Referring To Takes Alot Of Time & ' Is Being Dealt With . Patience Is The Key . Now , This Is No Reason For Rude Service , But Alot Of Customers Aren't Nice Themselves . Which Cause Unhappy Workers At Times , & ' The New Set Up Is A Bit Frustrating , As Well As Stocking The Shelves . Give It Time , Things Will Go Back To Normal (:

what is a panagrams? are you talking about planograms? Planograms are the way merchandise is set up on the shelving units or pegging system, of course, if done properly the most expensive items are at eye level because that is what you see first and generally the least expensive is on the bottom shelf! It's kinda like the way all retail puts candy, cokes etc. right up front by the cash register etc., that part of retail is called impulse buying.
