The National Sheriff Association was informed Jan. 2011, but said ONLY the local sheriff can remove a group, per National Homeland Security regulations. NSA said they contacted Mo. Co. Sheriff about this. Mo. Co. Sheriff also informed locally, yet the fake groups still appear online at the government site, RECOMMENDING THEM as neighborhood watch!

Per Parole, IRS needs to look in to the group and women behind the groups. Donations came from the community & homeowners association for their (fake) "causes" listed online: "feed the homeless, help children with cancer, buy supplies for troops in Afghanistan, help ToysforTots.org , support their fighting crime, and more." They took money for 18 months, but reported to sheriff "they only made $15.00 over a 4 month time-frame."

Profiting cash and wanting to appear legitimate, Apr. 2010 the RSO went online at Texas Secretary of State website, and transferred a REAL non-profit group (Lake Conroe Forest Civic Assoc.) to herself, renaming it after her fake watch group 'Project Watchdog'. Sheriff Department ordered they never touch the (stolen) NPO again. Oct. 2010 new "fundraiser" was found online in the RSO's REAL name, email, & phone number!

Texas Secretary of State was contacted, saying "THERE IS NO RULES AGAINST CRIMINALS HAVING NON-PROFIT GROUPS! They only do paperwork, and are NOT responsible for who owns (or transferred) a Texas Non-Profit 501(c)3. They approve ALL NPO's, and it is up to the Texas Attorney General to get the (stolen) non-profit back."

Texas Attorney General was contacted, and said they are looking in to it. 3 years later, the SCAM GROUPs are STILL listed as a SAFE neighborhood watch online, run by the National Sheriff Association, part of our National Homeland Security!(usaonwatch.org )

1) When will the scam groups be removed and NOT recommended as a "safe" Texas Neighborhood Watch Group, per usaonwatch.org ?(Project Watchdog AND Project Watch Dog, zip 77316)

2) Why won't the Texas Secretary of State or Texas Attorney General remove the registered sex offender from the (stolen) 501c3 Texas non-profit group?(Project Watchdog)

3) Why wasn't charges pressed for fraud, theft, tampering w/government documents, embezzlement, etc. per parole officer?

4) All money was ordered to be given back by sheriff and parole. Has ANY been given back, even $15 they claimed?

5) Oct. 2010 ANOTHER "fundraiser" found online, 2 months after being caught. Any charges filed then?

6) Registered Sex Offender bragged "she is good at manipulating people" and self confessed con-artist. RSO scammed sheriff dept. saying she had a neighborhood watch. They backed her without doing background check. This helped her CON her parole, community, businesses, and neighbors, to back her and/or give her cash. When the truth came out, sheriff dept. put them out of business, but never held them accountable. RSO returned to "business as usual", seeking new ways to scam.

7) NOW SEX OFFENDER "CLAIMS TO BE HANDICAPPED" laughing, bragging, walking daily, holding hands, go to fish w/new boyfriend!
