The reporter needs to get his facts straight. This was cold-blooded murder by Burleson. You don't shoot an unarmed man in front of his wife and three kids for a bogus burglary charge. THERE WAS NO BURGLARY..AND THERE WAS NO SEARCH WARRANT TO BEGIN WITH.

The "eyewitness" was another incompetant deputy who is covering up for his buddy. The wife of the victim is a member of a prominent Montgomery County family. The truth will come out and Burleson will spend some years in a jail cell being traded back and forth for some smokes. He had better invest in some vaseline.

Burleson is doing fine and is not nor never will he be in jail. The POS he shot deserved it. Don't come up to a Cop that is talking to your neighbor on a call and start to beat on him.

@---> Kaboom... I totally believe the deputy was telling this whopper story (this is a common practice) about Mr. Davis to cover up that he shot him. I personally know how MC cops operate they are crooked and corrupt as hell. In March 2003 my brother was killed by deputies in the jail. He suffered brain damage, internal injuries and was shot in the the back shoulder, now remember he was in jail, was brutally beat and shot til he died. His death was ruled as a "NATURAL DEATH" which every person the cops kill are always ruled as a natural death. I am so sorry this family has to go thru this. I will hold them up in prayer...
