I used to go to this school and are ashamed of a coach or anyone else punishing the students for doing a good thing. The coach should not be allowed to be at the games instead of the players. They should not loose thier positions either. I now live in Washington State and this made my local news. Not a good thing for the school. I stand behind the players and thier families for doing a good thing for the community and fighting to keep thier positions on the team. I hope the school board will do something about this situation so that it never happens again. They players were there and ready to practice. The kids wanting to give blood is a good thing and they should not be punished for it. We as a society want the kids to do good things and then they get punished for it when they good. I believe it is sending a wrong message to our kids. I will be checking on this in the future. Thanks and good luck to all the players.
