New trash system will suck! Have you seen how huge those barrels are? Wait 'til it snows and plows run them over because they are in the road.
Barrels for recycles only would have been good. Better so things don't blow around out of orange box style bins.
But pay for bags was better for trash. Still can put them in any garbage can you want. Walmart can plus green bags is cheaper than this new fee.
Council blew it on this one! Should have stuck with their original plan.
