It's a fact that Berkshire County attracts the best legal talent.
Mr. McDonough merely needs to become a strong supporter of Massachusetts Liberal Democrats.
In a few short years, his foibles will no doubt be forgotten and he will certainly be appointed by some future Massachusetts Liberal Democrat governor to be a state district court judge.
Is it necessary to give examples here of the top-drawer legal talent already servicing Berkshire County?
Look at all the various district court judges and magistrates who made rulings in the recent case of the Pittsfield hit-run driver whose father is politically-connected.
The driver got off nearly scot-free.
It pays to be a Liberal Democrat lawyer in Massachusetts.

I've met him and he seemed to be a young ambitious attorney. He is also married into the Mountain One Financial family.
