Jail time for Jeff Pitman would serve no purpose whatsover. Havimg him enter a treatment program for alcohol would make more sense. I have taught with Jeff, coached for the high school while he was AD, worked the Bingo Tent at the fair with him, all of this during the last 12 years. Jeff is a perfect community fit to be the high school AD. I hope he can work through this and get on a program that returns him to the athletic office and put his life back on track.
