I wish there was a way for the police/mayor and whoever needs to help to shut off phones so people cant talk and the water so people cant flush stuff and do a raid from timberland to bowman field and high st to 4th street put every dealer and illegal gun owner in jail for a max. term and send them back to philly with a one way ticket when they get out....
