Oh please
Oh please
Oh please

Then it just has to be enforced, unlike the ban here in Lebanon which resulted in a bunch of warning signs posted all over the city, and little else.

I sure hope this bill gets passed. Too many people endanger themselves and others by this irresponsible behavior.

Have you noticed that it always seems to be the Democrats that want to ban things? Maybe we should ban Democrats and solve the problem?

Just ban stupid and you eliminate all problems for the most part. I agree wit the first comment: Lebanon has signs all over prohibiting cell phone use while driving. Seems no enforcement...could it be that I see the police on cell phones all over the city? Its like "School Students" signs on big yellow vans. Guess who I see speeding and not using signals most of the time. Yep! Them busses!!! Talk about a budget enhancer, start writing tickets for poor drivers for any reason. And if you want to address the drunk driving issue: TAKE THE CAR, NOT THE LICENSE! That will stop them and the state can sell the car and waste the cash as they see fit. Have the PA State Police write speeding tickets at toll plazas for 4x the limit or 20 MPH. I must be the only person that obeys it. And I have seen over 50 in the 5MPH lane. Now, give me my McMuffin since I am finished testing while driving I had hands available. I feel chatty today. Obama has saved my fantasy world from the evil Republicans and the demoncrats are now running amok looking for ways to have me loose weight-financially and personally. Next Whopper please.
GET REAL. Ban politicians...poly - latin for many. Tics - blood sucking creatures. Politics - many blood sucking creatures. Oh God, I love me. I feel chatty.
Love you all
Cathy.

Why stop there? Why not mandate crash helmets for all drivers; heck, for all people, anytime, anywhere?

This is nothing less than creeping tyranny, and you should be ashamed that you are so willing to trade your liberty for security; you deserve neither.

I can feel the love from GI Joe---aka spotter. You can not replace personal responsibility no matter what. You can not regulate the unwilling, and you can not have a bite of my double stack from Miss Wendy. Now, hold the wheel while I put salt on it. Can you use a straw and a helment at the same time? So, Joe, how hot are you? Wanna test baby? Oops, I'm driving. How about drugs, strip them of citizenship and exile them. Harsh, or was it hash? Demoncrats will get you and the Republicarnies are just behind them. Hey, while you have your hand in my pocket! CATHY! Stop that.
So why be a Demoncrat than a Republicarnie? You never heard of anyone getting a good piece of Elephant did you? Oh, cathy, you are so bad.

Any 'liberty' we may have that endangers ourselves or someone else is no longer a liberty. Yakking on one's cell phone is no measure of security. Pull off the road to make your call.
