why did the city police refuse to do job

the police department in the city of williamson dont have man power to do their job or is it to do the jobs their told to do by the mayor,i thoght they wher to protect and serve not protect who their told to protect by the mayor,its all a joke its time to clean house get ride of the old start new.mabey someday we will get politicians that go by the law not by the money flow,mabe im dreaming,mingo most wanted its a joke it sells papers looks good in the paperbut thats it.

Please give some specific examples of what's not being done? Have you talked to the police cheif about your concerns? What does he say? Have you been to a city council meeting to share your concerns or talked to the Mayor?

I'm here to tell you they all laugh in your face. I was going through some VERY serious things awhile back & they laughed in my face about it (being shot in a school zone & no one came out). I went to the chief...nothing. I did not go to the mayor, but did go to the prosecutors - nothing. I figured if nothing could/would be done by all the police forces in the area what was the use cause I seemed to be getting myself in trouble. I know how this feels. I wish I had something good to say about this place. Oh I was assisted by some Counties when I was having some car trouble & they were actually nice. There's all the good I have to say about em. I had to start handling things myself. Good luck.

Its hard to tell exactly what he's talking about. Did he actually get shot? Or did someone shoot at him? Something is being left out of his story. It doesn't make any sense at all that the police would ignore a shooting.

Another drug dealer was located by the WPD at Turkey Creek and is currently cooling his heels in a Pike County jail until he's extradited to West Virginia. I think the person who phoned the police and notified them of his whereabout and the police who arrested him deserve our gratitude.

The WPD are pathetic especially Grady Paul Dotson. I know for a fact he pulled over a drunk driver a few weeks ago that could barely hold his head up with no insurance and let him go. Its a miracle the guy did kill someone or hisself.

How do you know this for a fact? Were you an eye witness who was present when this took place?
