well, i have my own quarrels with the WDN
first off
the news is always OLD news
&& to many times I've went to read the continuation
&& there was none!
=/
on top of that
last year there was an "incident"
&& my minor nephew passed away
no one in the family gave them permission to print any of the minor childrens (there were 2 others that did not pass away) names && yet they printed all 3 of the kids names! My sister n I even went down to the newspaper office & brought this to thier attention && all we asked for was a retraction && an apology to be printed && yet there never was one! they can fill up space with stupidity but couldnt take one little corner for that. Ridiculous!

as for raising thier prices in january
psh, its not worth it
it costs to much as it is

How are our children going to care about the spelling if the town paper doesn't?????

The Williamson Daily News is a complete joke. Did anyone see the worst cheerleading edition in history. Two schools had team pictures. Wondering if the Basketball edition will look like this. I think NOT!!! You have 3 team from mingo co. going to state and it took a week to get their picture in the paper. Not even sure if Gilbert was even put in there. You have a hometown paper and you see these girls in the logan banner or App. News expess first...

The Williamson Daily News would have more news in it, but there are certain people at the court house tells them what they can print and what they can't print. It has to benefit them first. The county commison gave themselves $500.00 each and then donated it to a church, it sounds to me like they are using tax payers money to get votes. I hope you people realize when their picture is in the paper about using money for different things , it belongs to the tax payers not them.
