Trinity is a good place to work and yes we do care about our residents. It's a shame you people want to get on this site and try and bash an establishment that does many good things for their residents and at any given time will take money out of their own pocket to buy food, clothes, and anything else the residents might ask for just because they either don't have family close or have no one else that really cares. Sounds like you people either need to get a life or since you're so concerned come to Trinity and we'll give you a job so you can mabey have something to do with all your dead beat time!!

I wasnt framed,i have seen people get framed. They have a click there and if they dont like you, they will get rid of you. You can be a awesome nurse, and those people will make you look like the worse. Not to mention possibly getting your license revoked. And it dont matter what my whole name is. Im telling the truth and most people that have worked there will tell you the same.

I used to work there a few years ago, straight out of LPN school. Its not an easy job thats for sure, if you are doing what you should be doing. Now as far as night shift doing nothing....I worked it a few times and yes it could be slow or it could be hell, just depended. As far as ppl in clicks giving you hell, well thats about anywhere you go, because ppl have worked together and so on and so forth. But I have to say....I learned so much from working up there, and my skills improved soooooooo much. I loved the residents and Im thinking seriously about going back. If you watch what you do and dont do anything illegal and do your job right, noone should be able to frame you. I did have a lil problem there once, BUT MY charting covered myself....it had nothing do with anyone who worked there. I worked with some of the best, most intelligent nurses and learned a lot from them. Some have passed on now (may they rest in peace) they were great! Like I said, its not an easy job by no means.....but if you get the hang of it, like I did, you just might love it. I know I miss it sometimes :) I dont know all of the newer ones there, well would be new to me, but I do know that Tracy is a great nurse and person.....she would be one to go to for help if you needed it.

I can honestly say but u have most of them that just like to lay on the cell phones all day. They need to get all new management in that place that knows what they r doing they never can pass a state inspection i heard that they got a g on everything on this one that just passed and if it isnt fixed and if they get one mor strike against them they r closed down but thats about all for now....

Social situations bring out the best in you right now, especially if they encourage you to be a free spirit and you don't have to worry about being on your best behavior all the time. In fact, you'll welcome the chance to kick over the traces in some way or remind certain people that you're a much more complex personality than they sometimes give you credit for.
