you cant just take someone with mental issues to jail..gotta get a mental hygiene warrant..and it takes family or mental health to do so, unless the law catches her and takes her to jail for being in the buff in public..lol

I don't know anything about the woman, but there was a family involved in a fatal car/train accident in the 1950's. The husband/father survived but never was the same afterward.

I've heard about her. She has a "phobia attack" of some kind according to family.

Something pretty bad did happen to her. She has black outs with this phobia.
