I was originally supposed to have a lot of family in for Thanksgiving and due to unforeseen circumstances, they canít make it. I bought a ton of food to prepare for the 30+ people that I had expected and now I have no use for it. I was thinking that maybe I could donate it to a food bank instead of trying to salvage it for Christmas dinner. Does anybody know of any local food banks that I could donate to?

Chloe: You might consider calling Jacob's Well in Williamson. They feed the homeless and are usually in need of donations. I'm sure they'll need extra food for Thanksgiving. Good luck and God bless you.

We need to remember Jacob's Well particularly at Thanksgiving. I'd hate to see anyone go hungry over the holiday. I'm recycling my aluminum cans and started giving Jacob's Well the proceeds. I recycle those cans anyway and its an easy way to give them a little cash, something they can always use.
