is mr prosecutor sparks gonna be satisfied if tennis maynard gets the same deal that josh miller got (6 months ,most of which was home confinement) for killing adam york. i mean they both killed someone ,neither was in their right mind(one crazy the other drunk) ok so lets admit there are different circumstances. how bout if maynard just gets a year would sparks be agreeable to that? now dont get me wrong i hope maynard gets the electric chair. but lets see how the fact that maynard who is just"poor white trash" and miller with money and political pull plays into this. oh wait miller doesnt have money or political pull his parents do or did.justice is for sale by local rednecks in my opinion. hey sparky heres an idea, lets act indignant and outraged and seek extreme retribution cause maynard is poor and his parents are nobodys.

I can't wait to see what happens to T.M. myself? He is no different or better than miller! So punish him with the same consequences you did JOSH MILLER! He killed a guy that was well respected and loved by just as many people as the sheriff! What's sad is T.M. isn't denying what he did nor have I heard he has memory loss and trying to put the blame for his actions on someone else. he will pay dearly because he has no money and his last name isn't miller!

He'll end up with life in a mental hospital with three hot meals a day and good drugs!

Have you ever been in a mental hospital?I not quite sure its the Hilton Hotel you think it is for starters. Its not quite jail either, but non the less?People think its something that they would giving him a treat. There are some really bad people in some of those place. The guy that shot Reagen, theres a guy in huntington that killed about ten people who thought everyone he killed???He would absorb there life span. Those are some really iffy places and they are not as secure in the hospital as the outside so they can pretty much be hurt pretty bad. From my understanding that man was paralyzed due to the shooting.I would say he ll end up in an high security nursing home!

According to news reports he is "up and moving around".

I know they referred to him as up and moving around? But they must have had a breakdown in information somewhere.1 of the immediate family members received the information yesterday that he was unable to walk. Now they never stressed if it was temporary or permanent. They phrased it to sound as if he were alright in order to sway the press and let the attention slow down! Why?I don t know?Which comes back to the point that they were also going to keep the trial in Huntington.I would say because thats the only facility that will be able to house and treat him is some type of secure hospital.Sounds like punishment has already started.

The death penalty is no longer a form of punishment in West Virginia. Don't you keep up with current events or prefer to babble on and on without any factual knowledge?

How much does justice cost in Mingo County and where do you go to buy it? Do you have any facts to back up what you say or it this just another fantasy from your addled brain?

You're the one who said you hoped the accused would get the death penalty and now you're saying that West Virginia has no death penalty. You don't know which way to turn, do you?

You should try to move out of that foggy past and tell us who the corrupt politicians currently at the courthouse are? What did they do? Bet you're too much of a coward to name those you suspect.

And one last point of English, our primary language. The word you're looking for is "clique" not "click". A quick look at a dictionary would have prevented your error. Do you have a dictionary? Do you know what a dictionary is?

Oh, yes. People are rushing home from work all over America to discusss our posts. And, that would be "every person", not ever person. You and old mountainman should give English a try now and again. Its a wonderfully, expressive language once you learn how to use it.

You're hinting at threatening me. Why don't you stop being the coward you claim I am and say what's on your mind?

clearly you are the one with issues if you will go back to your post which is #7 you are the one that stated that wv has no death penalty. my reply to that was me saying " i hope he gets the electric chair" is an expression( you know a saying that does not have to be so cut and dry correct in grammar and syntax.) its my way of saying that i hope he get the maximum possible punishment. and that i am aware of the current status of the wv death penalty. its really not that hard to figure out idont know why it is so confusing to you maybe your not as smart as you think you are. or else your clearly trying to twist things in order to not make yourself look like a fool which is how im making you look so you must resort to the twisting of words and the critiquing of spelling and grammar, which we all know is the last resort of self declared brainiacs. i know how to what a clique is but round these here parts ,us ol country folk we says its click see. hell might we might even call a creek a crick. haha. get over yourself ,please. cause ( im aware its because and that you dont start a sentence with because) cause, you sure is a lookin like a fool. so lets have ourselfs a lil recap. 1) i stated in my first post "i hope he gets the electric chair" 2.) you come back with "wv has no death penalty" 3.) i reply with " im aware it was an expression". 4.) you respond in the post above by twisting the order of things said so as to serve your own purpose (now i know your a politician or at least a wanna be). 5.) i respond with this post to set things right and make you look as stupid as you think we are. so in the future dont try your slick talking b.s. round these here parts no more ya hear.

You should have said you hoped the accused gets life imprisonment. As it is you said one thing and now claim after your attention was drawn to your error that you meant something else.

And I'll speak as I wish. I'm not going to deliberately dummy myself down to a windbag and claim being old country folks as an excuse for poor English skills. I'm assuming that most of you old country folks had the same basic elementary and high school education as I did.

I'm no "self-declared brainiac" but it doesn't surprise me for you to resort to a lie to try and make some useless point. And claiming I'm a politician or a wanna be is just another of your lies.
