Indian Trail, NC

#1 Jan 20, 2011
I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house for rent in the city limits of Williamsburg. It is in a good neighborhood and has a good sized yard. The rent is $500 monthly and a $500 deposit. I do not accept HUD. No pets under any circumstances. The house will be available for viewing on Jan. 29th. If interested, e-mail me with your name and telephone number to set up an appointment to see the home. [email protected]

THAT sounds fair-I rent out a 2 bedroom/1 bath house for 425 and do not take HUD. There are a few people out there that can afford this and not make a mess of your place. I wish you luck. You might try posting this around the college if you don't mind college kids (you can always make it married housing or upper classmen only)>

Some people do work and would not want to live in a dump or around neighbors that just sit at home all day and have their nose in your buisness.

min wage 7.25 X 40 hrs a week=290
x 4 weeks in a month=1160
take a little out for taxes about 900
for one working adult should be two if needing a three bedroom
=900+900=1800 should have enough for rent, elec, water, food cause thats all you need.
hmm

Unless you have kids who need clothes, a lot more food, doctor bills, car insurance, phone, that's not even counting if you want to watch tv or any emergency that may pop up. It's very expensive to live these days.

you dont need a phone, you dont need tv, you dont need internet
this person said they didn't except HUD they didn't say you couldn't have food stamps, wic, medical card and so on
and you can shop at the goodwill-not everybody has to have top brand of everything

when I first got married my husband and I did live in housing that was based on your income
I had a job and I only was able to work 20 hrs a week he didn't have one at that time.
Our rent was 167 a month, we had to pay the elec., water, basic phone, and no tv for the first few months...we made it without assistance of any kind...so I know it is possible if you budget your money just right.

$500 is a great price for what is offered. I would be interested if they allowed pets. I currently pay $600 a month for 2 bed/2 bath.
My husband and I work (crazy concept, I know) so that we can have nice things. We also have internet, cable, cell phone, vehicle payments on top of utilities and do just fine. Plus we have children.
$500 is not a bad price. If people would get off their tails and work they could have nice things.

By the way, neither of us finished college and still can do all this. So don't try to use that excuse.

You people complaining about no one being able to afford $500 a month rent are crazy. I am a single mother and pay that much on a house payment without the help of anyone. I have an average job and get no assistance. I DO know how to manage money. It can be done if you want to live a nice life and take care of your own family. I'm so sick of everyone expecting "help" because they don't want to work for what they have.

I would be interested as well. If they allowed pets. Just wondering where house is located? And I would be able to move in right away. Cash in hand. If the owner is interested please contact me at [email protected]
