Yea like finding excuses to fire their longterm employees because over the years they earned raises and Walmart didn't feel like paying them so much anymore

walmart is full of devious tactics

or how they are threatening employees to vote for John McCain... what happened to the secret ballot?

but the local wburg walmart does give a lot to the community thanks to Stephen Centers.. he does a lot of good for Whitley County. Bill Rice sure don't give money but he's quick to take a picture presenting a check

Let me tell you all something. Wal-mart does alot for the community. The store Manager Bill Rice is great. Stephen is great as well. Every manager that works there is great. If you havent never worked there dont judge anyone. They dont fire anyone cause they make alot of money. If they do something wrong then thats why they get in trouble and get there self fired. And walmart is not telling anyone who to vote for. You vote however you wont to vote. Its up to you. But you need to listen to both sides before making your mind up. Vote for whoever you wont to vote for its up to you. But dont go on what everyone is saying you need to listen to both of them and vote yourself. Dont let someone make your mind up for you. unless you are just scared.
What you think about that. you all need to grow up and get a life. stop talking and judgeing everyone.

I worked at the Wal-Mart in Williamsburg for a little while, and it's not really a bad place to work, my immediate managers were always nice and fair. Now I work at a Wal-Mart in Lexington. Of course, I wouldn't want to work for Wal-Mart for the rest of my life or anything, but while I am in college, it's been a pretty good job to have. They always work around my schedule and give me days off whenever I need them. Plus I have medical coverage through Wal-Mart and I am not even a full time employee.

I worked at the Wal-Mart in Williamsburg too. In the T.L.E. to be specific, I was actually there for 2-3 years while I was in Nursing school. It wasn't a bad place to work at all. They seemed fair to me.

Walmart has it's ups and downs but what people don't know is that all of their managers there are fake. Steven Centers only acts like he knows what he is doing when really he is just about as dumb as bill motherfn rice. Those walmart managers don't know jack shit and everyone blames it on the employees. Its pretty funny that lines stay so backed up and there are no cashiers but yet the managers don't even know how to get on a register and scan shit and put it in a bag. you would think before you got the title of store manager you could at least spell and do the simple things. Except that one bald man, he seems to be a really nice guy and one of the only decent ones.

No joke. All they care about is themselves, they don't give jack crap about assoiciates. And that new co-manager they have is a total b****.

Wal-Mart is just like every other business. You have some bad mixed in with the good in most everything. I personally like our store. Go there after a ballgame and its one big social hour.

if our local leaders would get out and try to sell williamsburg as the place to be for new business (target example ) the extremely high prices at wal mart would begin to fall. they have a death grip on williamsburg.offering new business some great incentives would help them and the citizens of whitley county. by the way ! you can get milk for 1.99 a gallon if you ask them to match aldi in corbin. please encourage our leaders to get with the program and lets get williamsburg growing like it should be.

It would be nice to have a Target but I don't think that they would come to an area the size of Williamsburg. If people have complaints about things at our Wal-Mart thay an always call the 800 number to the Corporate Office. If they receive enough complaints I'm sure that they would at least investigate the issues.

When you call 1-800=walmart its a outside service that sends an email to the store and the store has the right to do what ever they wont to do. Walmart has helped alot. They give alot of money away every year. You people need to look into what they do before downing them. If you dont like them so much dont shop there. I have heard people say they will never be back and the next day you see them right back in there shopping. HA HA HA. Williamsburg is a small town, but walmart has grow that town alot. HELPED THAT SMALL TOWN OUT ALOT.
