Has Bell-Whitley started the winter heating assistance program yet? How does that program work?

Dear Mart,
Are you afraid to pay the few dollars for gas for something that you are getting for free? Yes I said FREE! You dont deserve to get the assistance for whinning over having to travel the few miles to get something for FREE. Consider your self lucky since you are getting it for FREE. Have you noticed the word FREE. Your an idiot! Stop whinning and be glad you do get it or save the gas money you use to go get the assistance and pay your on bills because apparently you do not appreciate the help you are getting cause if you was you would not be whinning. It does'nt matter were you have to go apply for the help at as long as you get it!!

Have you ever received help from them?? They aren't a joke. They helped me a long time ago when I lived in Williamsburg.

If Bell Whitley is a joke then why do you go there to get help with your bills. You are the joke for not appreciating what is out there to help you dumazz. They should ban you and the Mart person from ever getting help from them again and then see who is the joke. Jokes on you ha ha

Was anyone else treated very rudely when they went for help? I know I was and I even tried being nice to the woman. I went there so I would have heat for my children and I really did need and appreciate the help. If they hate their jobs then they don't need to be there.

Are they doing this again? If someone got assistance in November can they get it again now since it is a new year? They hardly gave me any help this year compared to the last time I got help a few years ago. If they are doing it again, is it at the Bingo Hall again?

I work for the state, and you are correct. We are there to serve you. No one should treat you with rudeness. Maybe if you came in 5 min. before they closed, this may have made them mad. At my job, I hate it when someone drags in at the last second - usually someone that has been in bed all day. However, in saying his, there are nice and rude people at most jobs. If you were treated badly tell them, and if that doesn't help talk to the manager.

right the money does not come out of her pockets, but remember she has rules to follow and if you are over the income by one dollar you are over and that is it. I try to treat all my clients equal because it could be me on the other side of the desk. I see people I know are not telling the truth, but can't prove it, and other people I really want to help but they are just over the limit. However I have rules I must follow. I see it as the states money, the taxpayers money and the federal governments money, so I must uphold there rules. That doesn't mean that I have to be rude. In 20 year I am proud of the fact no one has ever complained on me as rude - ALL PEOPLE ARE EQUAL IN MY EYES.

I was on time even early in fact.I had a number and as i said i was very nice to her.She just looked at me like i was scum and barked out answers to my questions or comments. But that's okay.I got the help i needed and as i said i do appreciate it.I hope one day if in fact that worker is on the other side of the table then she remembers how she treated people because i was not the only one she offended.
