Yeah they are nice, they are two stories. They have two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer and dryer, cable included in rent. I pay $400 a month here, but I heard the prices went up to new tenants....I have lived here over 3 years. The only problem I had the apartment when I moved in was the carpet was completely filthy.....I mean dark black! I had to shampoo the carpets about 10-20 times before they looked better! I called and complained and they took some money off of my rent that first couple months. Other than that I had no real major complaints. If something is broken, they usually try to fix things that day or the next. But the maintenance man is really hard to get a hold of on the weekends. Not a bad place for the price.

I lived there from 2002 - 2005 and I thought it was a great place to live. Had the hot water tank go out once and they replaced it the same day.

I was interested in rented an apartment at Farmview. If anyone sees this who lives there could you answer a few questions for me? How much is the deposit? What is the average water, electric bill? How is the cable that is included?(quality, how many channels etc.) Thanks to anyone who can answer these questions for me.:) Oh yeah is there any apartments available now?

The deposit is 425.00 same as the rent, the tv has 60 channels and is fair.. the electric is about 60.00 a month and then u have your gas bill that is for heat which will depend on you. water, garbage and septic is all together and is about 40.00 a month.. As for any that is available u will just have 2 ask misty the manager of the place. But its usually not a problem to get in.. But lots of college kids live there and it can get rowdy so if u r looking for a quite low key place I woulnt move there..

So, are you saying it wouldn't be the place for a 22 year old, and a 25 yr old couple with a small child? I don't care for college kids partying as long as they stay away from my place and don't steal/vandalize etc. and I don't want to live around a bunch of druggies either. I personally don't party, even though I am a college student, my party days are over, I am a dedicated mommy. lol...Thanks for the info though.

Well when I lived there no one ever bothered my vehicle or anything else I had. But it's kinda hard for the partying to stay away from your place if they live right next door.. Misty is really good about stopping any trouble makers and they are some really good people that live there 2 and as with any apartments there is always gonna be bad renters but I really liked living there and would move back without hesitation..and they are pretty good about fixing anything that may need repaired also.. hope this helps
