It is the same cable system that's been in this area for awhile...the name changed to Zito some time back...I don't know exactly when.

I just paid my first Zito bill. It was $119.58. This was for installation, etc. I called & they told me it would be $43.20 each month hereafter. I asked about hidden fees, etc. and they said this was the bottom line. I'm very pleased with it. Just wanted you all to know.

I was told that the connection would be better as soon as they got more broadband and that would be soon. He said they have about 400 customers and will be getting more broadband soon. Hang in there...there is no better internet service than cable.

Anybody else noticing disconnections from the web from around 7:30-7:45 and it being intermittent for hours after? It seems like there is another disconnection time around 10:00 am, too, it comes back, of course, but I was just wondering if I was the only one experiencing the outages?

Tomorrow after 17 years I am going to finally get rid of Zito Media the worst service that I have ever had or heard of that wasn't free or the receiver wasn't paid to use. Started as Charter cable, co-bridge then zito media in 18 months time the name changed but the terrible service , broken equipment , under staffed service techs, and customer service personnel who are told just to tell them what you can and get rid of the complaining customer. My cable has been out this time black completely out since friday it is now Tuesday night, did i say I missed the super bowl, I have put in 20 call the first 18 told me he is scheduled, wait at home 8-5, 5 days later still waiting. NOTHING. Sunday the customer service reps told me twice they had just spoken to repairman Tom and he was on his way, must have been driving from China then because he is still not here. I have over the years talked to many many peoples bossed supposedly in charge at the service center HA one called me last night saying they will have it fixed today 10-12 never showed again. Unless you find BBBs website the Zito Media complaint website and email address of Colin Higgin the VP of Zito Media all your complaints are unread. Of all the years my cable has been hooked up I am sure it has been completely off or to poor quality to watch at least 60 percent of the time. with all the years of poor quality they have refused to give 1 cent of me downtime credit. With all the years of poor customer service reps blaming the repairmen for not showing up and the repairmen blaming the customer service reps for not sending the order I very much look forward to the next 17 years with DISHNET . I look as I drive down almost every street in my town and see one DISH after another attached to the homes. What took me so long no why did I continue to use a worthless cable system like zito media that was clearly unsat. the real question would be why did and still does zito media continue to sell cable in my town? I have trouble all the time with my zito cable (I really like the internet) but everytime i call to report trouble, they always say that nobody else has called to report it, even if i've called the same day lol

Zito Media Internet, even with all it's problems is 99.99 % better than dial up and 99 % better than Wild Blue. We don't have the option in this area of going to another cable company.

I have the same issues as well. Always disconnecting at the same times everyday. Im guessing it's zito's way of stopping afk heavy downloaders. Its complete bull. Makes it rough when you play games. I've already put in to have them turn my service off. Im going back to dsl. Dsl cost more but i never had this many issues when i had dsl. Guess you truely get what you pay for.

ZITO IS THE WORST OPTION! Terrible customer service and reduced reliability. Failed internet connection may cost me a graduate class due to lack of service. Customer service was extremely RUDE.
