Ore. miner loses case over claim on salmon stream
A federal magistrate in Medford has recommended a gold miner pay nearly $200,000 in fines and attorney's fees and stop working his claim on a Southern Oregon salmon stream.

Whats the big deal,in Grants Pass a mob.home park dumped sewer sludge on the ground(I have photoes)(and a sample) about 100yards from the spawning grounds on the Rogue River.... and 50 feet of Jack creek...and guess who did it...he runs your sewer treatment plant ,making good money from you, as well as making some- under the table BIG bucks- working At the mob.home park using his :licence#7774Grade II and #10676Grade IV...was caught(I have the photo) last year using a company truck (your money)..better yet your mayor knows all about it...It was brought to his attention last June...But gee it was all covered up...What else has been covered up...and they want more of you money so they do there jobs. It seems only the little guy trying to make a living,so he can pay his taxes is the only one that gets in trouble doing something wrong to the envirnment.
