Hello parents we have crazy drivers out there! and we also have people under the influence of alcohol, drugs and who knows what else. Watch out for crazy people out there. keep you kids home where they're gonna going to be safer. I know we can't always protect them from everything or every one but we can sure prevent so much and by always talking to them and reminding them of all the dangers out there and how sometimes we and them put themselves into. My kids are adults now and I have grandkids but as a grandma I still talk to my girls and grandkids and remind them of what is out there. PS the driver might not have been at fault but drivers please watch out for pedestrians, specially when it's dark outside already. Some people don't seem to learn. Thanks and GOD Bless.

Maybe little Joey should have been taught to not play in the road or near traffic?

So you immediately blame the driver, not the skateboarder?
The driver "might not have been at fault"?
Did the skateboarder blow through a stop sign into the path of a legally driven motor vehicle?
I''d bet on it.
