White Bear has always tended to be low.

When using the lake in the 1950s the Government would pump water into the lake all summer long to keep levels up.

The low levels have NOTHING to do with wells taking too much water because the lake was low in the 1950s when there were not all the current wells. I'm sure it's a climate cycle NOT Climate Change.

There were 3 pumps putting water into White Bear and the pipes were at least 8" casings.

That history is buried by current Government, I wonder why?

Sue the residents who live along the lake and golf courses that use the lake water to keep their grass green... those are the people who are helping it drop...
