When Christians can do this in Saudi Arabia then I will believe it is a religion of peace. Until then I believe my eyes and they see a lot of blood shed by Muslims in the name of Islam.

...but you aren't seeing that blood shed by ALL muslims, are you? Any more than you are seeing muslims who were rounded up at random and imprisoned being tortured by ALL US military...MOST of our military really sincerely think they are helping those poor downtrodden people in Iraq...and MOST of our GIs are Christians if we are to believe our govt's Ministry of Truth... Are ALL Christians the same as those who torture and abuse others?

American communists? victory over capitalism? What the f**k are you talking about?
I believe he is saying that Americans are quickly becoming a society that will give up anything to avoid conflict or looking like they may be too aggressive. By the time everyone understands what is happening, we will have 'turned the keys to our country' over to the enemy. Then, the same ones crying that we should be nicer now will be asking what happened.

Aunty,
I would believe Bush over any President of Iran. Would you? Probably not, Bush hating is a terrible disease afflicting liberals and despots alike. Despite it's faults you remain in the USA don't you? Canadian citizenship is easy to obtain. You might be happier there. Better yet, move to Iran. I will pay for your burkha. We are better.

As muslims, can or will you let other beliefs of people, be, or will you by the command of radical muslims cut us off, because of what we believe. I ask this because your beliefs are very
agressive.

Not all Muslims are terrorist, but all terrorists who have attacked around the world have been Muslims. Therefore to look or profile them seems to make common sense. If as a police officer I was told to watch for a man six foot five that is what I would look for and not someone five foot five, common sense. Asking me if someone asked me to carry on a luggage bag when I am a terrorist who is willing to die to see Allah makes no sense. When they take young boys four, five and six years of age fifteen years ago and placed them under a mullah who teaches them anyone who is not a Muslim is an infidel. The Mullah teaches them they should be killed then turns them loose on the world, it seem common sense would say watch for young Muslims who may be trained terrorist. I am getting tired of trying to be politically correct to the ones who are here in America and that came to this nation because we have freedom to do many things not allowed in their nations. Now they now feel they should keep quite and allow our freedoms to protect them while their faith is established by terrorist. Speak out against the ones doing the acts of terrorist we condemned Timoth McVey, we hunted down the Olympian boomer and dealt with them with our laws and we should do the same with any other terrorist we can prove guilty. Speak out against the terrorist or return to the nation where they can control you but please to not ask me to sit by idle when by grand kids may loose the nation I grew up in.

It IS frightening, isn't it? How are we to know who is a suicide bomber, a terrorist? What can be done? I honestly wonder if it's possible to seal our borders and completely block the entry of any terrorists/killers. If there are no identifying characteristics (and you must admit that many people who LOOK like middle easterners aren't) how are we to protect our country? ALL foreigners are NOT terrorists!
I am frightened for my husband and children. My husband is a naturalized US citizen native to another country and he could be mistaken for an Arab (and HAS been mistaken for an Israeli on at least one occasion). Needless to say, my children resemble their father and could also be mistaken for Arabs. Must they wear a yellow armband with a cross or a sign that says "I am not a muslim" to keep "patriots" from harassing them?
What is the solution?

Really?

Was it Muslims who mailed the Anthrax that was traced to a military facility's batch?

Was it Muslims who sniper shot an abortion doctor...a man who performed a legal service...while he ate breakfast with his family?

Was it Muslims who blew up the Murrah Building in Oklahoma City?

Your definition of terrorism seems to fit your prejudices.

Debby they were not terroist, who belonged to a world wide group and we as Americans found them condemed them and removed them Read the following from a police report in Britian.Daour, 21, of Bayswater, west London, who was born in the United Arab Emirates, yesterday admitted inciting another person to commit an act of terrorism wholly or partly outside Britain. Moroccan-born Tsouli, 23, of Shepherd's Bush, west London, and British-born Mughal, 24, of Chatham, Kent, admitted the same charge on Monday.

They are due to be sentenced today. They also admitted conspiring together and with others to defraud banks, credit card companies and charge card companies. Daour had instructions for making explosives and poisons, the court was told. Police found instructions on causing an explosion with "rocket propellant'' and constructing a car bomb.

In one on-line conversation, Daour, asked what he would do with 1 million, replied: "Sponsor terrorist attacks, become the new Osama."

The three men outwardly appeared to be leading normal lives, studying and living

When you walk like a duck and quack like a duck swim like a duck and the duck is what you are looking for seems that you have found one. A killer is not a terrorist but he can and many have caused terror BTK etc. But when a nation or a faith teaches hate and killing for the faith you have terror and we have been fighting them for hundreds of years. Not all but the extremist allowed to live with them by not be exposed by them.

Read the meaning of terroist and you will see that they were not terroist. They were killers who were caught and dealt with, not protected by others, in the norm or for their faith. Allowing a mad dog to live in a cage is one thing to raise them and allowed them to rome free to bite others is wrong. The good Muslims need to speak up and commdem the ones planning on killing non-believers. Read the story on the net of the others in court telling how they desire to kill all non-belivers.

None of us alive today will probably be around at the time, but there will be a time when the Islamists and the non-Islamists come to all-out war. They want to dominate and control the world, installing Sharia law everywhere. We can talk about embracing diversity all we want, but it is theocracy they seek. They have told us that we have two choices: embrace Islam or die.

The best thing to do with Brandon from Evansville is ignore him. I've seen his posts in other forums, and the guy is an idiot. He might even be playing a game. If he is legit, he is so far out in left field, he's not worth our time.

Again, you seem to have a very narrow view of terrorism--terrorism, by definition, is any violent or destructive act committed in order to intimidate a population or government.

It certainly is destructive to mail anthrax to people and those who perpetrated it have NOT been caught. Intimidation at abortion clinics is ongoing and violence is advocated by certain segments. McVeigh had an agenda against our government and thus the Murrah bombing. They don't have to be part of a worldwide group to be considered terrorists. We grow them here, too.

Different Debby we do have them and we as a nation seek to find and destroy them and not let them live in peace. I know as I have been in law enforcement and also in the military. When any person commits a crime the victims are terrorized. This is a little different they teach from birth that infidels should die, and the extremeist in the group have vowed to kill as many infidels as possible seeking to gain a higher reward. When someone is willing to die for the cause of killing others all you can do is speed them to the reward they are seeking, which means you kill them before they kill you. You can not reson with them it is against their religion. They do not belong to a nation so no political way to address them. Read histroy when Washington sent Adams to deal with them for raiding ships on high sea. Adams came back and told Washington build a Navy they will not listen to anything but force, tripoli priates, were Muslim and force has kept the extremeist at bay even in their own nations.
