Is there anymore to this story now that some time has passed? What are the short-term strategies of the court to address the deep-rooted concerns? Has there been measureable success? What has the Marion County administers implemented once they contacted the Annie Foundation? Appears that a system overhaul is needed and not just primary focus on detention.
