SPEEDING: Tyrone Brunner, 34, Lebanon, was charged with speeding after his vehicle was determined to be traveling 40 mph in a 25-mph zone in the 300 block of South 10th Street at 6:43 p.m. Thursday, police said. After receiving the citation, Brunner crumpled it up and threw it out the window and was charged with littering, police said.

It appears when you are a dingleberry and throw your speeding citation out the window to earn yourself an additional littering charge.

The paper is just letting us know who the pinheads are for future reference.
