Very important, because we have children as the girl on the news recently. Interestingly enough, the local Pittburgh news mentioned that police are working with psychics. Be a wonderful thing if they found the girl alive.
With these warrants to offenders, children will be safer. Everyone still needs to be alert because a offender could travel in in a day. Parents will need to watch children on their computers. You can always warn kids but they sometimes do not truly understand danger.
Finger printing kits are available, always have a current picture or make new ones helps.
