If I remember correctly and I do moonshine started NASCAR so just take his bail money from their corporate sponnsors I don't think they would even notice such a small amount, and another thing during the years of prohibition moonshine was illegal so I agree with HELEN in mocksville that the government is not getting the cut they think they deserve, in times like these with no jobs any way to support your family within the ten commandments is fine by me. Let people be and stop micro-managing.

It seems to me as if our government is too concerned with money and not concerned enough with all the sick people out there. i.e., Child molesters, murderers.... How about we stop being so concerned with taking .005% of the government's money away and start taking action on more dangerous criminals...Those 2 months spent investigating Mr. Nance could have been focused towards a murderer. You're probably going to argue that the people who made the arrest are alcohol law officials. I understand this. How about taking them and training them to investigate something more worth prosecution? I mean really, what is the government going to spend that $32,000 worth of liquor on? Shooting a rocket to find ice on the moon?

Obviously if they found the shine under his shed he hadn't SOLD it and therefore should have to pay taxes on it or even be put in jail...

Honestly, makes me wonder exactly WHAT my tax dollars are paying for.

He paid his taxes when he bought the corn yeast & sugar.... But I'm sure you'd be all for it if they came to your house and taxed a cake or whatever you made.

and it wasn't "on the market" they didn't catch him selling it... they ASSUMED that's what he was gonna do with it... he could've made it to GIVE to those who he was close to

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Sagittarius

Once again, your nerves are getting the better of you. There will be some fraught moments unless you can control your temper and not get drawn into verbal fisticuffs at the drop of a paper hat. It won't help if a partner is feeling neglected as that will give you something else to worry about. You need to relax and start enjoying yourself!
