My question is why is the dent on side of vehicle not front? Common sense says if you run into something u hit it with the front of your vehicle?sounds to me like the beginning of a witch hunt.

So you're saying you can only hit something/someone head on?
Not possibly be drunk, swerve at the last second, and hit them with the front on the side?
Don't quit your day job...
Hopefully the cops are a little more capable of thinking outside the box.

And cops don't just pull a truck in because some neighbor sys, "hey, I know a person with a truck like that!"
There are thousands of this make and model on the streets. I'd be shocked if they don'thave their man.
Worst part is, he'll get 10 years, and serve two.

Maybe the dent in the truck has nothing to do with this accident and MAYBE this isn't even the right truck!?!
There are many questions flying around right now...it seems you even have questions and an opinion of your own, "JjJ" so maybe you shouldn't slander what others have to say.
You'd be, "shocked" Are you saying that you know this man personally and feel like he is someone that would do something like this??? You are not GOD and only know as much as the rest of us know.
Want to talk about "time?" How long do you think the driver of the vehicle will feel the guilt...More than two years...I promise you that. So don't even go there.
