This happened in Wilkes Barre, but it's close to anyone who has an elderly parent/friend/spouse/lover. Check out how, all of a sudden, the violent animal found remorse and wants to sit down to talk things over. Hahaha.
I say, fry him or at least give him a life sentence WITHOUT parole.

It looks like he's NOT Mexican. We must take note whenever this happens because the Mexicans seem to be the only ones we talk about.
