Oh come on it's Slumlords Helping Slumlords. These guys take only cash, because they don't pay income taxes on the rentals' revenues. Just enough property taxes to keep the Sheriff from padlocking their shacks.

That's why they try to avoid Section 8 renters in their shacks, because the government rent voucher program tells the IRS that they paid the slumlord money. They prefer a paperless tax free parasitic existence like the scum they rent to do.

Nobody with firing neurons invests in Hazleton area rentals, because they are all work and take forever to be profitable. The real estate diminishes by tens of thousands of dollars, because the city gets worse daily.

In the meantime, you could have purchased land in a township, put in a well, a sand mound and put a trailer in; and it would be worth more than a house in Hazleton with an attached three car garage.

Nobody likes living in towns. There are too many restrictions and your pervy neighbor can see your daughter's boobs bouncing, when she's playing an Xbox Kinect or Nintendo Wii without binoculars.
