Actually you are wrong - many of the banana republics have seen a mix of black in their ranks. Much of the black population have evolved from years of acceptance of people from the carribean countries. Long time of tollerance has seen an increase in the population, not only do you have mexicans, but now you are getting haitian mix. I have traveled much of the interior of mexico and have seen alot of black mexican, or are they considered illegals by mexico's standards? To combat the illegal crime problem, buy a 12 guage shotgun and protect you, your family, and your possesions! Don't be a statistic - the twelve guage shotgun is the cheapest, most effective, and anyone can learn to shoot one.
