uncontrolled sprawling growth is what keeps capitalism thriving.
one area grows stagnant so someone gets the bright idea of building new shopping centers and housing complexes.
without it the economy would decline somewhat.
but remember with new growth comes new crime.
with new growth comes abandoned business from other areas.
there are plenty of criminals out there waiting for the new growth to happen to give them new targets.
good bye and good day!

Have you ever been to Leesburg? It is small town, USA. The reason they are wanting to build out there is because they have no where to go but up. Clermont is a zoo. Too many homes in very little space. Now they are coming to Leesburg because there is room to build. I wish they wouldn't. I have lived here for 2 years. It's nice b/c it is not too crowded. Before long it will be just as busy as Clermont. And I will be ready to move again to another small town, USA.
