DUI it may be from such little info. But who ran into who? What is the level that thc becomes impairment? We need to clarify these before just jumping to a conclusion.

Does it really matter "at what level" thc becomes impairment? Any amount of thc or alcohol in the bloodstream equals impairment, to some degree.
Are you a pothead, looking for some kind of .08 impairment level?
Until we can measure thc, ANY level is acceptable?
Not "jumping" to anything, but impairment IS impairment! And an innocent person DIED!
