Theft Ring Hits Canyon County

The Canyon County Sheriffs Office says in the past two months they've been busy trying to track down those responsible for a rash of thefts and burglaries in their county.

Why haven't they arrested Amy Ristau from Sandhollows burglary? She has been in my home and has stolen my stuff and has been pulled over with my checkbook and debit card. Her home had my stuff and her car had my husbands guns loaded in the truck of her car, but still is not arrested. Her shoes match the foot prints in my back yard and she is on camera using our checkbook and debit cards.

I totally understand. She has used my information and stolen other peoples stuff with it. used my identification and everything!!!! This happened in July!!!

my client is not prepared to make a statement at this time, however... I would like to say that, having know Ms. Ristau for some time now, I can personally testify to her strentgh of character, as well as the love and respect that she gives EVERY person. Furthurmore, Ms. Ristau has shown considerable compassion in her dealings with her students here at the Boise Acadamy for the Blind. Her kind heart, and indominatable spirit have helped not only her pupils, but her peers( myself included) in truly understanding courage. The fact that you people have nothing better to do then sit here on your computers and type nasty things about this amazing woman, who has positively touched the lives of so many, makes me pose the question of who should really be arrested. Who is the real culprit. How much damage does slandering somebody's name really do? I want you to ask yourselves this as you lie in bed tonight, and see how much sleep you get... what if somone labeled you as something that you had never been and never would do i.e. a common thief, pedophile, arsonist. All these things you've said that are hurtful to Amy, but are false. Why? Especially when I can call you by your true names: Gossips, Drama Queens, and basically, people with no lives who try to make themselves feel better by bring others down to their level. Pretty sad if you ask me, but what do I know? All I know is I have better things to do with my time, so with that good night, sleep well, and tomorrow... GET A FUCKING LIFE YOU SAD SORRY PEOPLE.
