i miss brazosport area

I lived at Surfside Beach for 26 years. Moved when I lost my husband. (no one should be allowed to do anything untill 5 years after a death) LOL Moved to Onalaska out by lake livingston. Just built a new 3 B. R. home Feb.08. WISH I WAS BACK THERE IN LAKE JACKSON. HATE THE COUNTRY. Should have bought in Lake Jackson, instead of here. You people are very lucky to be living in the best little town in texas. Count your blessings. If you don't like it there let's trade homes LOL

I've been gone from LJ since 1979, and I still miss it, everyday. I have good memories from Surfside also. Had several good friends with beach houses, and was married there by Judge Ammons, a JP.

I moved from Angleton 5 and a half years ago. I live in Sydney Australia. Though I am very happy here, I miss that area.
