Think it was someone driving suspended, there seems to be a lot of that going on in this town. Must be nice driving with no lic and no insurance these days, i would never know, i always thought i had to have both of those to operate a vehicle but some people seem to get away with it.The police needs to have unexpected road checks to see who is legal and whose not.
