Iran has a Theocracy, and North Korean has limited rights for its people. Maybe you could move to one of those places to feel better?

I am sickened with some of the comments I am reading. Gay people should have every right that straight people have and this includes the right to marry and the right to adopt children. Look at the society we live in now with heterosexual couples and raised in heterosexual families things are not so great. The GLBT community has sat back and tolerated the ignorance long enough. I truly hope no African American or Hispanics are writing negative comments because if it was up to the people blacks and Hispanics might not have the rights that they have today. The courts gave you those rights, just as they have now given us the right to marry. If you do not like it here, then you can go to Iran, they share the same type of hate towards gays that you are showing. I am proud to be live here and I am very proud to be a gay man.

Everyone needs to be treated equally in this country. God does not love anyone any less because of their sexual orientation. The sun shines on every one, just as the rains falls on everyone. I feel people who are gay just want to be treated equally, shouldn't we just let people live tier lives as long as no one is actually or physically hurting one another?

Do not mix up race with sexual orientation, there are many difference races who claim to be gay/lesbian. There is no country from where gays or lesbians come from but there are different countries with different races.

It amazes me that a comment can sicken you when you have a guy touch up on you, thats sick!! Its the lifestyle that is disgusting, the person practicing needs help. If you are the man or woman or both, you were made to be a man, according to you being a proud "homo man." Go to Iran because they have hatred for homos, it is not hatred it is called truth!! One man One woman if God made it man and man than none of us would be here. No apologies for telling the truth their are consequences for homosexuality and they are this life and the next!

You just proved what I basically said before: that you are definitely no authority on interpreting religion. And also like I said before, it would probably be better for you (and those like-minded with you) to find a more positive and productive way to spend your time... as opposed to obsessing over the personal lives of others.

I'm looking at the picture of that gay couple. I'm wondering why she turned gay. Was she born gay or was she just too damn ugly tofind a man. At what point in her life did she believe she was gay. or was it from all the rejections from the opposite sex?
Also, if this couple plan to "adopt" children (hopefully not), will they encourage his kind of offensive lifestyle?

I can't believe people are making such a big deal over same sex marriage. I believe that everyone has a right to be happy, whether that happiness is between a man and a woman, two men, or two women. No body is getting hurt, and how about we focus our attention to the issues that really matter...let's say child abuse, education, and out of control gas prices.
