Gather the entire mess up and deliver it to "there is no Global warming, and Texas doesn't follow EPA regulations" Rick Perry's door. God help Texas and God help America! Vote Republican'ts out of office!

Algal bloom is caused by excessive run-off of fertilizers, primarily phosphorus into the water system. There is no correlation between global warming and an increase in algal bloom.
