Totally would not suprise me- My first dealing with this man as a partner in law enforcement- he was arrogant, unprofessional and not someone I cared to ever speak with again- His people skills are lacking. Hill County can do better than this Sheriff

looks like someone is just full of crap like everyone else in that county! stop accusing people and get rid of the people that are really causing all the drama! AKA BOB AND BILL WILKINS!
