this story does not make any sense. they are all covering up. where are them parolees suppose to live if they got no place to go? it seems that the state now is cutting back on programs. nobody wants to admit it. the state should write them up another check asap if it bounced. if i were the parolees i would stay there. this is a public safety screw up. the system is solely designed to hold us back.
