People who complain about liberal are usually full of hot air, republicans. Yet in this I agree with them. This pie in the sky ideals for rabid animals in the shape of humans. Bring back public hanging! Remove them from the gene pool. There has been studies that show that criminalty passes through genes. This was shown through studies using twins who were separated at birth and had criminal parents.

Only ACLU would exagerate conditions anywhere. ACLU a big question if the system that you perpetuate is midieval in its abuse of criminal element then can you do a better job as those holding them? How about instead of a ridealong with law enforcement why dont some of you at ACLU come and have a sleep over so you can all see what exactly the criminal element need to be treated like the dirt they are. then maybe you can wonder why such treatment is warranted. Put them out in the streets and they are just going to hurt those that need protection

Thank God for the ACLU....Amen. And why do you think that they were called...Keith??? It doesn't occur to you that many inmates were and are mistreated??? I remember when i fight broke out on the way to court. All the deputies dropped the clip boards and ran like a bunch of pu ss ies...And that's what they are in my book. I lost all respect for the cops and am going to bring up my kids to not trust cops...At least not LA county cops...

This is horrific. USA is supposed to be land of democracy. Even if these inmates are guilty of whatever crime, nobody has right to beat them like this. How is anybody supposed to come out better out of jail if this goes on there? What about people who have not even been sentenced yet? District attorney must stop this violence or get fired.
Horrific?, How about the Arizona method, tear down jails and erect tents, no air conditioning, one T.V. Channel... FOX NEWS, 3 T.V. dinners per day (all turkey) or MRE's like our troops eat every day, no condoms allowed, sodomy still a felony in Arizona and pink panties for inmates.... OR just obey the law!, your call.

This is a very true report about those pigs. Because my son would not cooperate in an investigation they were able to get known convict to finger him for something he did not do. While in jail they broke his ribs and nothing was done about it. thes are sick bastards no different that than Gestapos. The USA is nothing but a police state in disguise, bunch of hypocrites from north to south, east to west.

If the facts in your situation were as you say, then maybe you should contact a lawyer, since there statute of limitations do not exist on civil rights violations! Take your best shot, but somehow I think there was more to your story than you've mentioned here!

Hey KBLosANgeles....They told me there was a statute of limitations of 6 months. I didn't know I could do anything about it. What I wrote was and is true. I was kept in the medical ward cause I'm a diabetic. I never yelled or caused trouble. Yet the whole time I was there I was so sick I thought i was going to die. And even when they couldn't get the blood glucose to register they would only give me 5 additional units of insuline!!! They even accused me of over eating when as a diabetic they only gave me a small meal. And i couldn't even eat much of it cause my blood glucose was so high...Any further information you could provide me with I would greatly appreciate...
