'Drop Dead' Heroin is Killing People

Authorities attribute a surge in heroin-related overdoses in Plymouth County to a potent mix of drugs known as "Drop Dead." Paramedics have responded to at least 20 overdoses since September.

I can attest to the fact first hand that the police do nothing about this drug. I've seen first hand well known heroin trafficers continue to do business without police intervention. The worse thing of all is they know all about him too.

I believe that the police look the other way because they use these dealers for information that might help to get a bigger dealer on the streets and they care less about the junkie who shoots up every day. Just think what it would be like if they locked up a junkie for the night with no fix.
